  • Your order will be packed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Shipping Methods

  • Standard Worldwide Shipping: We use reliable economical air mail which includes a tracking number. (Estimated delivery time: 14-21 business days, but may vary by destination).

  • Expedited Shipping: Need it faster? Please contact us before placing your order for a quote on express shipping options.

  •  Shpping via USPS under DDP term (Delivered Duty Paid) for USA customer.

• Packaging

  • We take great care in packaging your items. Each order is securely packed in a sturdy box with bubble wrap to prevent any damage during transit.

    

Return Policy and Warranty

• Unassembled kits: Returns for refund or repair are not accepted. However, we will replace any missing components free of charge or provide free repair advice. Please notify us within 2 weeks of receiving the product.

• Assembled kits and other products: We accept returns for free repair within 90 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning any items.
